Shipping to the UK

Standard postage on all items to the UK will be sent 2nd Class via Royal Mail. If you would like to upgrade to 1st Class there will be a small extra fee – just pop us a message to sort arrangements.
Double check that your address is correct when you place any order – you will have to pay for repost if the parcel is returned or re-purchase the item again if parcel gets lost. If you notice your address is incorrect and the item has not yet been dispatched, get in touch and we will be happy to change it for you.

Costs

Shipping costs are based on weight and will be between £2.50 – £10.00. Combined shipping is worked out on checkout, however, if you feel you have not been charged correctly please do get in touch and we will look into it. The more expensive cost of £10 is due to being shipped via a courier service. Wonderland Works uses UPS as the courier as they are reliable and cost effective. This applies to all handmade and British brand items.

Time estimates

Handmade: As each item is made to order – there is up to a 3 week processing time. Once made and dispatched – Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel between 3 – 5 working days (this may be extended due to busy periods). UPS aim to deliver your parcel between 1 – 5 working days (this may be extended due to busy periods).

British Brands: We aim to dispatch these items within 2-3 days of purchase. Once dispatched – Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel between 3 – 5 working days (this may be extended due to busy periods). UPS aim to deliver your parcel between 1 – 5 working days (this may be extended due to busy periods).

Please Note:

  • Wonderland Works take no responsibility for the lateness of goods arriving

  • If in the unfortunate event your package arrives broken/damaged, Wonderland Works will replace goods free of charge or offer a full refund on receipt of photographic evidence.

  • If you received goods late and no longer want/need the goods, shipping fees will be at your expense. If goods arrive back with us broken/damaged there will be no refund.
